Сertainly header is a some joke. Because Swingjugend is a parody-style youth movement to many "jugend" in Germany in 1930's. It means smt like "swinging youth".
In USSR in 1940-60's was the youth movement named "stilyagi". Main cource of that movement was style, mostly American style of life. They look like freaks in that years — vivid and flashy clothes, and of cause great quiff on men's head. And they listen to great american music - Parker, Presley etc,
Stilyagi movie is a some kind of musical, drama and comedy in a bottle. I recommend it to view all the people who live in USSR in 1940-60's or all the people who like good musicals and russian music.
